We have a heart to see our youth encounter God, know His love and to then become disciples who share the good news with others.
Ross leads an incredible team of leaders that help in our youth ministry. Ross has a heart to reach out to young people and see them come to know Jesus in a personal way.
Ross is passionate about surfing, the outdoors and outreach. He is a Chaplin frequently involved in a number of the local schools. Ross has been influential in creating opportunities for unity across the youth groups and the wider community.

On Wednesday after school our boys youth group meets from 4pm - 6pm for table tennis, darts and a chat. Then in the evening from 6pm - 8pm another group meets for a social night or study and food.

Our church van goes around town picking up kids who for
Christian Surfers every Monday. Wet suits and surf boards are available for those who don't have any. All are welcome to be a part of Christian Surfers.

Friday nights 7pm - once a term | Liberty Church
Liberty Church hosts Gen1 United Youth Church for the youth in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. This is church for all youth groups and our community youth. The night consists of worship, games, give aways and a word.

Once a year we host a “Young and Hungry” conference for the youth of our local churches, community and wider region. and wider region. The weekend is a life changing event, with dynamic worship, speakers and the powerful presence of God.
